Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Jack Amyx and his staff at Broadway Title, Inc. by making photographs of his new facility. To commerate the opening and the beautiful workmanship that went into the facility and it’s property, the Foutain City Town Hall, as nominated by board member and former town hall president Michael Kane, confirmed their annual award for Commercial Restoration upon Broadway Title and Mr. Amyx. I met both Amyx and Kane at a photoshoot on location at Broadway Title for an upcoming publication in the Knoxville News Sentinel. Amyx and I discussed the possibility to of future decorative photography for his new office. Once the decision had been made, Amyx gave me the artistic freedom to shoot within my own confines as I saw fit. I decided to do a series of 4 shots, 2 at night in high dynamic range and 2 during the day. My vision was to use the hdr to ecapulate the entire range of shadows, midtones, and highlights. The daytime shots were framed using nontraditonal angles and areas of interest, which I hope move the images away from the routine straight up architectural techniques others use. These images combined with an original image of the property before its restoration will be on display soon. Finally, if you are looking to refinance your home (as many folks are with the economic situation we are in), check out the solutions offered by both of Mr. Amyx’s businesses Fountain City Finance and Broadway Title, Inc. In appreciation for his trust in me and his business, his business and future commercial clients will enjoy free advertising here on my site. It has been my policy to support those who support me.
