saturday july 12, 2008, a knoxville news sentinel article describes 2 young men who have met their disaster for local auto break ins. i can only hope that these two men were in some way affilated with my case.   if they were, rest assured i will see to it that they ARE prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  its amazing to think that some folks are so incredibly lazy, ignorant, and defective that they resort to alterior ways to provide a living.   criminal activity at best results in two major blemishes to your record.

1. A lifelong record which incriminates your existence and remembrance.  You are no longer embraced as anything but a “criminal” by anyone who knows you and even moreso by people that do not.
2. A nuisance to your future to gain meaningful employment or have any type of meaningful future with your current/future children and family.

it astonishes me that in a nation filled with a huge educational opportunity and the ability to openly gain access to knowledge and information that so many people horrendously chose to damn themselves to a life of crime or dependency on the government’s institutions like welfare.  this leaves me wondering  but one question, who would willfully want and choose to be rated as a second class citizen in a first class society filled with tremendous opportunity?  If any new developments occur, I will keep you up to date on the latest.
